We're looking for a senior Commercial Strategy leader who can influence growth, customer strategy, network performance, and long-term business transformation. Purpose of the role: • The Head of Commercial Strategy is a pivotal senior leadership role that defines how the OEM competes and grows commercially — across Markets, Channels and Customer segments. • This role translates corporate vision into actionable commercial plans, drives revenue performance, increases market share through micro-markets, improves channel efficiency & profitability, improves customer experience and builds the commercial capabilities required to win in a rapidly transforming automotive landscape. • Further, the role entails establishing Transformation Offices to drive the implementation and governance of sales/network/customer experience initiatives. Job Responsibilities: • The role will drive sales strategy, network excellence, customer experience transformation, pricing, market expansion, product commercialization, and EV growth initiatives. • The mandate also includes leading digital and AI-led sales transformation, strengthening commercial performance management, building competitive intelligence capabilities, and driving large-scale dealer and network transformation programs.
