Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) Work Experience: 3-8 years in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in Warehousing Operations Job Description: Join Tata Motors Finance as an Executive (L6) in Warehousing. You will manage warehouse operations to ensure the continuous supply of quality materials to manufacturing while optimizing resources. Responsibilities: • Manage warehouse operations, including inbound material receipt, storage, and issuing as per production plans. • Ensure materials are available at the right consumption points and escalate issues to maintain production uptime. • Implement JIS/JIT/Kanban methodologies for lean inventory management. • Prepare layouts and material flow solutions for regular and new projects. • Maintain documentation for legal compliance and audits. • Drive continuous improvement through kaizen initiatives. • Plan and utilize warehouse space effectively. • Ensure safe material handling practices. • Manage inventory, including receipt, storage, issuance, and obsolescence. • Coordinate with SCM to minimize non-moving/obsolete materials. • Ensure quality parts are delivered and maximize green packaging. • Adhere to safety practices and compliance. • Contribute to the preparation of annual Warehousing Revenue Budget and Capex requirements. • Minimize material
