What we are looking for Role: Ansible Puppet Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years Location: Pune Interview Date: 20th June 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM) Interview Venue: Pune - SP2 - Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Sahyadri Park 2, Plot No. 5, MIDC SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-III, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411057, Maharashtra Must Have: Application Operations & Production Support • Provide L2/L3 production support for PAY.ON application across Prod and Non‑Prod environments • Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management as per ITIL processes • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes • Participate in 24x7 on‑call support and weekend coverage on rotation basis Monitoring, Alerting & Stability • Monitor PAY.ON services using APM, infrastructure, and application logs • Perform proactive health checks to prevent incidents • Reduce alert noise and improve MTTR / MTTT metrics • Coordinate with Infra, Network, DB, and Middleware teams during outages Change, Patch & Release Support • Support OS upgrades, application releases, and patching activities • Validate changes through smoke testing, regression testing, and post‑deployment checks • Ensure zero/low customer impact during production deployments • Maintain rollback and failover readiness Good to Have:- Documentation & Kno
