SAM Lead(ServiceNow SAM Pro Lead) Walk in Drive @ Gurugram Location SAM Lead Location: Gurugram Address: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Skyview Corporate Park Tower B, GG7, Gurgaon - Delhi Expy, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 Experience: 4 years to 12 years Interview Mode: Walk In Drive Interview Date: 18th July 2026 (Saturday) Interview Time: 09: 00 AM to 1: 00 PM Must-Have Key Responsibilities Strategy & Governance • Own the SAM operating model, standards, and controls across the full software lifecycle (request, approve, acquire, deploy, use/meter, optimize, reclaim, retire), aligned to internal governance and cybersecurity requirements. • Define and maintain publisher strategies and roadmaps; lead ELP (Effective License Position) creation and true‑ups for Tier‑1 publishers; prepare defensible positions for audits. ServiceNow SAM Pro – Build & Run • Lead platform configuration for SAM Pro: Software Models, Normalization rules, Entitlements & Contracts, Reconciliation jobs, Reclamation policies, License Workbench, dashboards, and KPIs. • Integrate SAM Pro with discovery sources (Discovery/Service Mapping, SCCM/MECM, Tanium, JAMF, Intune, vCenter) and procurement/contract data to ensure complete and trustworthy data. • Operationalize software request workflows, license pools, metering/harvesting, and automated reclamation to drive cost avoidance and removal of unused software. 15 years of Continuous Education.
