What we are looking for Role: DB2 Admin Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi Interview Date: Friday Online Must Have: • IBM DB2 Database Administration • DB2 Performance Tuning and Optimization • DB2 Backup, Restore & Recovery • DB2 Installation, Configuration, Upgrades & Patching • SQL Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting • Linux/AIX Administration • Database Monitoring and Health Checks • Q-Replication Setup and Management • Shell Scripting for Automation and Monitoring • Incident and Problem Management • Database Security and User Management Good to Have: • Banking / Financial Services Domain Experience • ServiceNow • Change and Release Management • High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) • Database Capacity Planning • Automation and Monitoring Tools Essential: • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch DB2 databases. • Monitor database performance and implement tuning recommendations. • Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities. • Configure and support DB2 replication solutions, including Q-Replication. • Conduct regular health checks and capacity planning. • Troubleshoot database issues at SQL and system levels. • Support production incidents and ensure database availability. • Automate routine admin
