Location: PAN INDIA Experience Range: 4-8 years Job Description: Required Skills: • 4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS). • Strong experience in ERP production support and maintenance. • Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes. • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. • Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools. • Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis. • Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model. • Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs. • Analyze business issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Perform application configuration, enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements. • Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements. • Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Man
