What we are looking for Role: Digital : Puppet E2||Digital : Ansible E2 Experience Range: 6 to 8 Years Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Interview Date: Friday Online • Must Have: • Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, YAML) • Puppet Administration & Development • Infrastructure Automation • Configuration Management • Python / PowerShell / Shell Scripting • Linux & Windows Administration • Git Version Control • ServiceNow Integration • ITSM Processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) • Automation Workflow Design • Troubleshooting & Production Support Good to Have: • Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) • Chef / Converge • Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD • OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes • VMware / Virtualization Platforms • Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) • REST API Integration • Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus) Essential: • Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks and Puppet manifests. • Automate server provisioning, application deployment, patching, and configuration management. • Identify manual operational activities and transform them into automated workflows. • Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow and enterprise platforms. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Storage, and Application teams. • Develop automation scripts using Python, P
