The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP applications to ensure scalability, stability, and release readiness. Key Responsibilities Performance Test Planning • Define performance testing strategy, scope, and workload models. • Identify critical business processes for performance validation. • Establish performance baselines and success criteria. • Estimate performance testing effort and resource requirements. NeoLoad Script Development • Develop and maintain NeoLoad scripts for SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, Web, and API-based applications. • Create reusable performance testing assets and frameworks. • Parameterize scripts and implement correlation techniques. • Support CI/CD integration of performance testing. Performance Test Execution • Execute Load, Stress, Volume, Scalability, and Soak Tests. • Simulate concurrent user loads and peak business volumes. • Validate system behavior under expected and unexpected workloads. • Coordinate test execution across SAP and integrated systems.
