Job Summary: The HR Operations & Master Data Administration Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of employee master data across HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and seamless integration between systems such as ADX, WinTeam, and LISA. The position works closely with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and HR Business Partners to support the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Employee Master Data Management: Perform employee master data changes including: • Cost Center updates, compensation updates (Pay Change, Pay Rate adjustments) • Union Code changes (ensuring Benefits team is looped in for all union-related updates) • Office Location, Supervisor, Job Title changes • Job Change, Promotion, Demotion, and Employe
