Role : Flexera Admin Location : Chn/Hyd/Blr Experience : 10 to 15 years Keywords : Flexera, Software Asset Management, ITAM, Tier-1 Publisher License Mgt Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have IT Asset Management lifecycle Mgt, Flexera Tool Specialist, Flexera Administrator and Configuration, Troubleshoot and Technical support of Flexera solutions, License Optimization, Tier -1 Vendor licensing Management Good-to-Have Contract Renewals, Software Audit consultation SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Flexera Adminitration • Administering and optimizing Flexera's suite of IT asset management tools. • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of IT investments. • Administer and configure Flexera IT asset management tools. • Monitor and maintain the health of Flexera systems and applications • Develop and implement policies and procedures for software licensing compliance. • Collaborate with the IT and Procurement teams to optimize software usage and costs. • Generate and analyze reports on software usage, license compliance and audit readiness • Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexera Solutions • Keep abreast of updates and new features in Flexera products Skills Needed • Flexera – Experience with the tool and its management • IT asset management – Experience and strong knowledge • Software license
