Key accountabilities - Lead our business analysis and insights by aiming to provide requirements, solution design and analytical skills across a portfolio of change projects designed to improve operating efficiency across the group. - Support the creation of business case documentation for investment approval on various internal projects across the group - Proactively identify and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes. - Improve the companys productivity and revenue generating procedures - Business Operating Units: Work closely with the various INTO operating units to provide better decision making using more effective data-based analysis - Using knowledge of business operations to identify and investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities, and leads the implementation of improvements within area of responsibility - Delivering analysis to proactively identify and communicate key trends and issues - Develop a means to foster confidence and respect from both the information technology and business sides of the organization - Recommends strategy, validating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models, preparing business cases, overseeing development and implementation of solutions, - Develop and enhance techniques and reports to improve the depth and efficiency of reporting and analysis across the wider group - Improve presentation capability & business
