Python Automation Selenium 3-9 Years Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain our next-generation automated testing infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for defining automation strategies across Web, Mobile, and API layers. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated suites into our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, high-quality software delivery. Python Programming Test Automation Concepts API Testing (REST/JSON) Framework Design & Maintenance Selenium / Playwright / Robot Framework Android Testing / ADB Commands Git / CI-CD Knowledge Debugging & Troubleshooting Problem Solving & Coding Communication & Team Fit Required Technical Skills Core Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and data structure knowledge. Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with at least one major UI automation tool (Playwright, Selenium, or Robot Framework). Backend Validation: Deep understanding of HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and JSON parsing/validation using libraries like requests or pytest. Mobile Testing Ecosystem: Strong familiarity with the Android testing lifecycle and hands-on experience using ADB (Android Debug Bridge) commands.
