About this role

Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experiencemanaging critical facilities or technical infrastructure operations, including budget management and team leadership. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) controls and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Experience in commissioning of HVAC and mechanical distribution systems (chillers, air handling units) to include air and water side systems. Experience in procurement and negotiation with vendors, including managed service delivery.
