The Opportunity We are hiring for a Sales Operations Manager to join our India C&P Sales Operations team based in India. This role partners closely with India Sales Leadership to drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management, business cadence, and operational execution across the region. We are looking for someone who can both run the business effectively today and help evolve the Sales Operations function over time. Key Responsibilities Drive weekly forecasting and quarterly outlook cadences with strong pipeline analysis and operational discipline Partner with Sales Leadership to diagnose performance gaps and develop action plans to improve business outcomes Support GTM planning, quota setting, territory planning, sales performance tracking, and pipeline governance Improve operational processes, reporting frameworks, and CRM hygiene to increase efficiency and visibility Build scalable dashboards and insights that help drive accountability and decision-making Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Channel, Renewals, and other ecosystem teams What We’re Looking For 7 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial operations roles Strong hands-on experience across forecasting, pipeline management, QBR support, quota/territory planning, and sales performance management Ability to influence stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced matrixed environment Strong Excel skills a
