This outstanding role offers broad exposure across the HR landscape, enabling manager and employee success through remarkable support and flawless service delivery. You will manage a wide range of HR-related inquiries about policies, procedures, and programs. You will work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify and apply effective solutions. The role requires strong customer focus, collaboration with regional and global partners, good judgment, and a proactive, data-driven approach to anticipate and address people-related needs in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Handle comprehensive employee and manager inquiries, including intricate and escalated situations, employing strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Provide first-level mentoring to employees and managers on employee discretionary policies, mentoring and various lifecycle processes and moments that matter. Deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer service. Drive operational excellence across case management by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, documentation integrity, and timely resolution.
