The Opportunity Lead Adobe’s global in-house Social & Programmatic buying function across all regions! This role coordinates multiple regional pods (AMER, EMEA, JAPAC), driving unified execution across paid social, organic social, and programmatic channels to improve full-funnel performance. What you'll Do Own global media buying strategy across social (paid organic) and programmatic, ensuring cross-channel alignment and full-funnel impact Lead and mentor Pod Leaders across regions (in India), driving performance, accountability, and consistent execution standards Develop scalable frameworks that integrate social and programmatic planning, implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting Drive cross-channel optimization strategies by coordinating audience, creative, and bidding approaches across platforms and DSPs Champion innovation through AI tools, automation, and advanced optimization, improving efficiency and performance at scale Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Ad Ops to align on coordinated media strategies and measurement frameworks Translate regional insights into global strategies while accounting for market-specific nuances Coordinate budget allocation, forecasting, and investment strategy across channels and regions Ensure operational quality across trafficking, tagging, QA, and governance on both social platforms and DSPs What you need to succeed Over 10 years of experience in paid social and programmatic media buying, including managing ca
