The Senior Relationship Manager as Korea national desk in India is a senior-level position responsible for providing strategic coverage of Korean clients’ Indian subsidiaries with respect to their capital needs, Risk management across FX, rates & commodities (as applicable) and working capital optimization solutions in close co-ordination with the Korea Parent Account Manager (PAM) team and partners in Infdia Global networking banking team product partners across Services, Markets & Investment bank teams. Responsibilities: Expand a portfolio of accounts with varying/complex financial needs with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality in line with Citi’s credit standards, policies, and processes Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to address these needs, such as financing, streamlining of cash management operations, foreign currency solutions, etc. Cross-sell banking products, including cash management, trade finance, trade services, structured trade products, foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income, loans (including syndicated, bilateral) and capital market products Responsible for monitoring credit aspects of the relationship and flagging early warning signals to PAM risk teams.
