Overview As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy for Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Operations & Controls divisions in India, and drive HR initiatives to support business objectives. You will partner closely with senior leadership to provide both strategic and operational HR leadership for the identified divisions in the country.
