Candidate must be able to read & understand financials of clients to close a Mortgage deal. Should be able to read & analyze balance sheets as well. ASM’s will also be required to hire their own team of Sales Managers ASM will report to Cluster Manager Your skills and experience Overall Relevant experience 10 Years & team handling experience of 5 Years in the same geography as the job location only Strong client handling skills (HNI & UHNI). Must be a strong salesperson with a well connects market reach Qualification – Graduate / MBA Age c
