Title and Summary Lead Software Engineer Overview: The Platform Services group is responsible for designing, building, and operating the technology that powers Mastercard’s market-facing and core technology platforms. This includes foundational services such as the API Gateway, Event Gateway, and File Transfer Services. Role We are seeking a Lead Engineer, Software Engineering to join our Pune team, focusing on building and operating our File Transfer Service platform. This platform supports secure, seamless data transfers across Mastercard’s global infrastructure—including Mastercard’s next-generation switch. This is an exciting senior engineering role within a globally distributed team, passionate about delivering resilient, scalable solutions to our customers. •Design, Code, document, test components / subsystems to a world class standard • Interpret technical specifications to produce detailed design • Ensure code is easily maintainable and tracked in version control system•
