Title and Summary Manager, Software Engineering Overview Be part of the Decision Products UI team developing new capabilities for MasterCard's Decision Management Platform, which serves as the core for multiple business solutions to combat fraud and validate cardholder identity. Our patented Java-based platform processes billions of transactions per month in tens of milliseconds using a multi-tiered, message-oriented approach for high performance and availability. Role • Formally supervises, coaches, and develops a work group/team. • Manage and lead 2 scrum teams, driving best practices and culture into the team ways-of-working. • Conduct effective 1:1s with team • Demonstrate a customer-first approach • Timely escalation of risks, conflict resolution and stakeholder management • Ensures teams compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal process. • Sets the bar and challenge team for continuous betterment. • Provides strategic leadership related to specific applications
