Title and Summary Senior Accountant Overview: This position is a regional position and will report into the Eastern Europe Middle East Africa (“EEMEA”) divisional controller. The position oversees the legal entities and rebates and incentives for division of EEMEA with a specific focus on accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, corporate reporting and external statutory audits. As the EEMEA business continues to grow and particularly as new offices are being setup, the incumbent will be required to support such setups and ensure that accounting processes and relevant controls are implemented. Role: • Ensure that the legal entities (operating units) within EEMEA are controlled in accordance with SEC and local reporting standards as well as the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
