Title and Summary Manager, Software Engineering Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, modernization, and support of scalable, high-volume applications within the Card Payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical leadership, people management, Java engineering expertise, payment domain knowledge, and AI-driven engineering practices. Key Expectations • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, technical leads, and senior developers. • Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices. • Provide technical leadership for architecture, design reviews, code quality, security, and operational excellence. • Build and support highly available, resilient, and scalable payment processing platforms. • Partner with Product, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams to deliver strategic initiatives. • Champion Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering
