Title and Summary Lead Software Engineer Overview Mastercard is seeking a Technical Lead to join the Cardholder Services, Global Benefits team in Pune, India. The team develops next-generation products and services that enable cardholders to securely and efficiently access and use benefits across digital channels. Role As a Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of CHS applications. You will lead technical design and architecture decisions across Java/Spring Boot services, React/Angular applications, APIs, databases, event-driven integrations, and cloud platforms. You will drive engineering best practices, technical evaluations and PoCs, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and production-ready. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QE teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers. Skills / Req
