About the role: We’re looking for a Product Manager, Billing & Operations to lead the strategic design and day-to-day operational execution of our business engine. In this role, you will scale MuleSoft’s billing systems by overseeing consumption metering, licensing, and automated service provisioning. You will also drive the operational capabilities needed to bring new projects to market via SKU creation. You will act as a critical bridge between product and go-to-market teams, owning both the underlying platform infrastructure and the hands-on deal support required to execute standard and complex commercial agreements at scale.
