About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, to drive innovation and technical excellence within Workforce Technology. This role will own the architecture, optimization, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management of Digital Communications Governance and Archiving (DCGA) , Communications Surveillance , platforms such as Theta Lake, Smarsh . Strong collaboration with business stakeholders is critical to delivering scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions to complex operational needs also who has expertise in AI/ML tools and SDLC. In this role, you will: Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, Python, REST APIs and Microservices Architect scalable, high-performance backend systems and implement clean architecture, layered architecture, and domain-driven design. Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Experience in AI/ML tools and SDLC.
