About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Engineer to join the IM, Voice & Video Engineering team within Workplace Technology (WT) responsible for enterprise collaboration platforms. This role serves as the technical authority for Microsoft Teams Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice, Live Events, Microsoft Townhall, and Zoom Video Conferencing. The Principal Engineer will lead platform architecture, engineering standards, security, resilience, and large-scale adoption strategies across the enterprise. This role partners closely with senior leadership, product owners, architecture, information security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable collaboration solutions that support Wells Fargo’s global workforce.
