About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product/Data Management Director – India Lead to drive end-to-end data product execution, governance, and transformation initiatives from India in support of global stakeholders. This role will act as the in-region leader for data product delivery, translating enterprise strategy into scalable, high-quality, and compliant execution. In this role, you will: Manage and develop two or more specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors with a focus on delivering moderate to high complexity and risk data productization and enablement for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with the data product platforms or affected by its outcomes Identify opportunities and strategies for data enablement solutions that impact multiple data domains and platforms, ensuring compliance with data governance and standards Lead data product team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables that maximize data enablement across multiple data platforms and utilities; interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership, business, risk partners, and technical leaders within Enterprise Data Management and Technology Act as a catalyst to socialize capabilities, features, use case studies, and other relevant artifacts
