About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and change programs across Derivatives Operations and Settlements. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timely execution of project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, implementation plans, and success metrics. Drive issue resolution and escalation management to minimize execution risks and delivery impacts. Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance. Facilitate decision-making forums and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic execution and operational improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, project reporting, and executive communications. Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and control concerns. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
