About this role: This Technology Director will serve as the Lead for Shared Services Operations Technology (SSOT) in India and Philippines and will be accountable for global delivery of Business and Real Estate Services, Payment Operations, Financial Crimes & Regulatory Operations and Reconciliation . This leader will partner with global Shared Services Operations Technology Executives in driving the technology strategy and roadmap for SSOT. This role reports into to the Head of Chief Operating Office Technology (COO Tech) in India and to the Global Shared Services Operations Technology Executive. This leader, in partnership with Shared Services Operations leadership team will help deliver on key business priorities as well as modernize the applications and platforms. The leader will work with technology partners to build and scale modern digital platforms leveraging cloud-native architecture, containerization, OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), APIs, GenAI services, and Agentic AI frameworks. Lead application modernization using AI-assisted engineering practices and platform engineering principles. As a senior strategic technology business partner, share ownership for both business strategy and business value results. The goal of modernization will align applications and solutions with the operations strategy within WFT framework.
