About this role: Consumer AI Leader – Analytics Executive / Director About the Role We are seeking a senior analytics leader to drive people, delivery, and strategic outcomes across Consumer AI and advanced analytics teams. This role is responsible for leading analytics organizations such as Consumer Modeling and Decisioning (CMDC)–aligned teams, partnering closely with executive leadership, HR, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strong workforce health, effective talent strategy, and business impact. This leader serves as a key connector between analytics strategy, talent outcomes, and enterprise priorities—owning organizational readiness, headcount decisions, and leadership forums.
