Job Requirements We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Quality & Training to join our team at Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad/ Secunderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met and maintained in all areas of the hospital. The Assistant Manager - Quality & Training will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and training programs, monitoring and evaluating performance, and providing feedback and guidance to staff. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality assurance and training programs • Monitor and evaluate performance and provide feedback and guidance to staff • Ensure the highest quality standards are met and maintained in all areas of the hospital • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and training • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of quality assurance and training principles
