Eligibility: • Minimum 3+ years of prior professional experience • Career break of at least 12 months • Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills Hands-on Experience Requirements • 3–12 years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture role in Microsoft PowerPlatform. • Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 / Azure-based solutions. • Hands-on experience with: • Copilot implementation (Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio) • Azure OpenAI services and AI solution deployment • Building conversational AI or chatbot solutions • Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HR systems) with AI solutions. • Strong experience with security, compliance, and governance frameworks in enterprise environments. • Exposure to multi-tenant environments and large-scale enterprise deployments. • Experience conducting POCs, pilots, and scaling AI solutions into production Architecture & Solution Design • Design end-to-end Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Define scalable AI architectures incorporating Azure AI services, orchestration patterns, and data grounding strategies. • Design conversational AI solutions with multi-turn interactions, automation flows
