Skill: UX Researcher Work Location: Bangalore only. Qualifications Required: • 4 years of proven industrial working experience as a UX researcher in a fast-paced environment, or similar. • 4 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, qual and quant data analysis, and survey research. • 4 years of experience conducting generative research. Skill sets: • Usability Testing • Concept Testing • Exploratory research • 1:1 semi-structured interviews • Focus Groups • Large scale data collection (both qualitative and quantitative data collection) • Large scale data analysis (SPSS, R, Content Analysis) Preferred qualifications: • 5 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization. • Possessing advanced skills in data visualization, analysis, and presentation, essential for Data Scientists. • Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process. • Experience in a variety of product spaces, applied research or academic settings. • Proficiency in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact. About the job As an User Experience Researcher (UXR), you’ll work closely with our BizTech UXR team to help their data scientists, product managers, engineers understand user needs. You’ll wor
