The role combines fraud detection, risk assessment and document verification. Responsibilities · Review Identify verification requests, documents and supporting evidence enabling secure identity validation in line with the set policies and procedures · Investigate suspicious accounts, identify thefts attempts, impersonations and fraudulent onboarding activities · Analyze risk indicators, fraud signals and patterns if any · Perform coordination of IV issuance and validation processes, ensuring proper handling of requests, alignment with fraud controls, and resolution of customer impacting issues. · Identify and escalate high risk cases in line with the escalation protocols and policy exceptions
