JOB SUMMARY Day-to-day work involves careful inspections and the enforcement of quality standards. Other essential duties and responsibilities in quality assurance include: Documenting and reporting service quality levels. Developing and implementing quality parameters. KEY WORDS Revenue cycle management, Quality, medical claims, Denial management, Accounts receivable, medical billing, US health care, Durable medical equipment, Authorizations, physician billing and adjudications. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Knowledge in RCM (Revenue Cycle management), AR analyst Denial. management, Payment posting, Medicare, benefit validations and Claims Adjudications • To conduct audits as per defined guidelines and sampling for transaction monitoring • Provide on time coaching & feedback • Responsible for improving quality scores/metrics • Training need / Areas of improvement identification and recommendation for refresher training • To drive calibration sessions with internal or external customers • Provide daily/weekly/monthly quality dashboard • To conduct quality induction for newly hires employees • To create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) • Supporting business teams on operations deliverables basis requirements • Input stake holders with quantitative and qualitative ideas • Advance knowledge on MS Office SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Coaching and feedback skill • Leadership skill For Senior Analyst • Should be well versed with MS
