Job Description: Responsible to lead banking ops and ensure adherence to quality as per the business rule for the relevant data captured by the case owner in corresponding client application. • Basic knowledge of Funding and Settlement/Closing processes. • Monitor relevant mailboxes regularly to ensure TAT adherence. • Sound knowledge of Discharge Authority and related mortgage documents. • Strong attention to detail to identify and verify matching information across documents. • Respond promptly to queries or reroute them to the appropriate stakeholders. • SLA Management • MI Reporting Qualifications: • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any field • Good Analytical Skill • Computer proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., • Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex information to colleagues using clear, simple language Experience: • Minimum of 7 – 8 years of experience in residential mortgage servicing or underwriting • Minimum 3-4 years in a people management or team leader role.
