Job Description: • Design client-facing PPT slides reflecting company’s capabilities and solutions • Design case studies, templates, flyers, teasers, pamphlets, newsletters and other brand-specific creatives • Design high-quality creatives for the internal stakeholders team • Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations • Work to be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design • Work to be comfortable collaborating as well as working independently. • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends. • Understand the requirements and conceptualize creative ideas. • Maintain a high level of quality while working within design constraints and break-time real-time performance. Work Experience & Qualification criteria: • Graphic Design and Graphics skills • Strong command over MS PowerPoint designing skills • Knowledge of working on web-based designing tools like Canva • Minimum 2-4 years of experience of designing Qualification criteria: • Graduate in any discipline • Good command over oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Creative mindset with an orientation to generate quick design related solutions
