Job Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Daily field visits to customers (groups)/individuals to conduct Borrower Eligibility Test (BET). Update BET details/findings in the BET tool. Appraise credit manager/RM of any ring leaders, dummy customers, or possible fraud events identified during field activities. Physical file verification with system/Mobile APP, cross-checking entries with application form details (KYC, family, existing loan, activity). Enter visit details daily in SLI Officer Monitoring System/Mobile APP. Additional Responsibilities: Load sharing for BETs in other locations during high volumes or as instructed by the Credit Manager. Cross-verification of certain tracks from different MFIs on a case-to-case basis. Accompany Credit Manager for post-disbursement visits, if required.
