Department Business Banking / SME Lending / Working Capital Job Summary We are seeking proactive and driven Relationship Managers to acquire, manage, and grow SME / Emerging Enterprise / Working Capital clients. The role demands strong business sourcing capabilities, credit understanding, and relationship management skills to support the banks fastgrowing SME franchise. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new working capital customers through field sourcing, references, and market intelligence. • Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions across Working Capital, Term Loans, OD/CC, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking. • Conduct detailed financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, and prepare CAM proposals in collaboration with credit teams. • Manage an active portfolio of existing clients ensuring timely renewals, documentation, and compliance. • Drive crosssell and product penetration including CMS, POS, Payment Solutions, and Business Insurance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, accountants, and other key stakeholders. • Deliver monthly acquisition and revenue targets across assets, fee income, and crosssell products.
