Role & responsibilities Teller (Customer Care Executive): Handling the Teller desk for cash receipts and payments and ensuring transactions are carried out within the prescribed TAT without errors Personal Banker Classic: Responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers. Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers. Relationship Manager: Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs, retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of Banking experience Banking Product Knowledge Sales and Influencing Skills Awareness of Banking regulations CTC will be based on role and experience.
