We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Operations In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end management of the Liquidity Services team across multiple products and global countries, ensuring delivery of Business as usual Production and Deployment (User Acceptance Testing/Production Verification Testing) outcomes. - Plan, execute and sign off User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing for new Global Liquidity Solution products and country/functionality rollouts. - Own and continuously strengthen the Centre of Excellence operating framework: procedures, quality checking model, MI/reporting, system set-up and contingency preparedness. - Manage knowledge transfers, release readiness and health checks for major/minor releases to ensure smooth adoption and stable operations.
