We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager – Asset Management Client Platforms - Client Business Centre of Excellence Purpose of the Role Role is responsible to provide Global Business Support for various Client Platforms such as MS Dynamics CRM, Sales Analytics Portal (Tableau Dashboards) and primarily Seismic (Marketing Documents management system), Stone Shot etc. Work towards creating scalable solutions for data quality governance and ensure timely and accurate completion of all Support Tasks for global Asset Management business. The person is also expected to manage relationships with global stakeholders i.e., Sales heads of the client business organization to provide excellent support that helps them and their teams focusing on Sales activities better. This specific role will have the primary responsibility to support Head of CRM in managing MS Dynamics CRM for our global HSBC Asset Management business.
