About this role

As an Assistant Manager Shared Services (Employee Life Cycle), your role involves managing and executing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and recruitment operations within the HR Shared Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely service delivery in activities such as onboarding, internal movements, separations, and recruitment coordination. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI to drive insights and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and retirements. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity. - Coordinate and support recruitment operations including requisition management, interview scheduling, offer release, and onboarding. - Liaise with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. - Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions. - Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. - Maintain accurate documentation and records for all lifecycle and recruitment events. - Use Power BI and other analytics tools to generate dashboards and
