JOB DESCRIPTION DIRECTOR - EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT OPERATIONS Job Location: Gurgaon Work Mode: WFO (All 5 weekdays) with responsibility for crisis management 24x7 / 365 days Travel Required: Yes Team Management: Yes, Large Team of Direct & Indirect reports Reporting To: Head of Administration Role Purpose The Director - Transport Operations is responsible for leading and governing end-to-end crew and employee transportation operations across India, ensuring the safe, secure, reliable, and on-time movement of crew members. The role is accountable for maintaining On-Time Performance (OTP), safeguarding crew welfare, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and delivering cost-effective transportation solutions through strong vendor governance, technology adoption, and risk management practices. Strategic Leadership & Operations • Lead and manage PAN India transport operations, ensuring seamless support for airline operations and crew mobility requirements. • Develop and execute transportation strategies that enhance safety, security, service reliability, operational efficiency, and scalability. • Establish qualitative and quantitative performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, service quality, and cost efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and digital transformation. Safety, Security & Compliance • Establish and champion a Safety First culture across all transportation service providers
