Responsibilities Key Deliverables As an Asst Manager in the Quality Assurance department at Mahindra Mahindra Ltd your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the quality of tractors through product and process audits of tractor assembly paint shop and PTCED shop You will utilize your expertise in sheet metal and plastic components support continuous process improvements handle new product and process implementation and resolve concerns reported in current products Additionally you will be responsible for engine and transmission aggregate assembly functional knowledge customer complaint analysis and quality assurance functions in the assembly plant You will play a key role in analysing customer complaints assembly line rejections supplier parts and taking corrective actions to standardize all quality procedures Your experience in quality management systems like ISO 9001 TS 16949 and TPM will be valuable in implementing best practices and achieving consistent product quality Preferred Industries AutomobileTractorManufacturingEducation Qualification To excel in this role you should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile A solid educational background in engineering coupled with 5 to 10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing in quality assurance or manufacturing is preferred Knowledge of quality control tools analytical thinking communication skills and ISO quality management standards will strengthen your qualificat
