Driving growth through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations within an authorized dealership setting. This role focuses on building lasting relationships with prospective buyers and ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. Key Responsibilities - Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product presentations to prospective customers. - Conduct outdoor lead generation activities and follow up on digital inquiries via telephone and email. - Organize and accompany customers on test drives while highlighting key vehicle features and safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines in the Dealer Management System (DMS). - Assist customers with vehicle financing options, insurance, and documentation for RTO registration. - Coordinate with the workshop and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery. - Participate in local marketing events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility. Requirements - Minimum 12th pass or Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized board/university. - Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel. - Fluency in the local regional language and basic proficiency in English. - Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette suitable for a customer-facing role. - Willingness to work a standard 6-day week, including weekends. - Strong interpersonal skills with a
