Purpose of the RoleThe role will be responsible for managing all sales and distribution related activities for the aggregate business in the region. Also responsible for maintaining relationship with key customers and channel partners ensuring sales targets are achieved with continued profitability and growth in the region.Job Responsibility1. Planning and Execution:Execute the strategy for aggregate commercial business in terms of pricing, applications, marketing and distribution to maximize reach and revenue within the region Plan and drive various incentive and promotional activities in the region for market and customer penetration. Monitor product performance in the region and customer requirements by conducting market visits across the region. Conduct and facilitate customer and market surveys to close gaps between customer expectations and product performanceReview and analyze customer complaints and execute timely solution to the their issues. 2. Financial Management:Plan annual/ monthly targets for Aggregate Business in allocated regionPrepare projections for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to plan and facilitate production Plan and Drive cost effective advertisement campaigns, incentive and promotional schemes for the productsSupport negotiation and finalization of Purchase agreement with customerMonitor the receipt of payment on time as per agreed terms and manage the warranty of products to customer3.
