About this role

• Receiving customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raising repair orders on internal system with regards to the Bodyshop • Providing detailed explanations and technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and approval from customers • Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe • Raising Warranty approvals and service orders • Raising special orders for parts not available and following up to keep customer informed • Preparing invoices on internal systems and arranging for active delivery of vehicles • Following up payments of credit customers and ensuring collection within stipulated time • Regularly monitoring orders raised and ensuring timely billing • Conducting post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
