Content Operations Lead, AI Studio Job Description The Opportunity Adobe’s AI Studio is where the world’s leading brands bring their campaigns to life through generative AI; and behind every great campaign is an equally great production engine. As Content Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of that engine, working side by side with Creative Designers to keep projects on track, customers unblocked, and nothing falling through the cracks. This role is for someone who can walk into an unorganized customer situation, quickly make sense of what’s needed, and get the team delivering. You’re deeply comfortable with data (like wrangling CSVs, building Excel trackers, turning raw inputs into structured outputs), and you bring the kind of can-do energy that keeps teams moving even when timelines are tight. What You’ll Do Drive Programs and Unblock the Team Quickly assess what’s needed from a customer brief or request — even when information is incomplete or unorganized — and get the team moving. Organize complex inputs from customers into clear, structured briefs and action plans that creative partners can complete immediately. Proactively identify and remove blockers so Creative Designers can stay focused on the work, not the logistics. Coordinate handoffs between Creative Designers, copywriters, and engagement managers to keep production on schedule.
